This is a family friendly swim club, we want all members and guests to feel welcome, safe and respected here. The club has established these rules to help you and the club work together to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere for all PSC Members and Guests.

·        Interfering with a Manager on Duty to enforce rules will not be tolerated. PSC and the Manager on duty reserves the right to refuse service to any person and have them removed from the facility for any number of reasons incl. false accusations, belligerence against the Manager and/or any Guests involved, refusal to follow any issued directions, or general disdain for the Rules.

PSC reserves the right to terminate membership of members and/or guests including forfeiting all Membership fees paid upon any failure to follow these rules.

General Items

·        All members and guests must conduct themselves with respect to others, including our neighbors. Be kind to one another.

·        Boisterous, rough play, excessive noise, wrestling, profanity, intoxication, spitting, and/or other improper behavior & inappropriate misconduct is forbidden at any place on the club grounds.

·        Any persons 13 or under must be accompanied during their entire visit by a parent, guardian or caregiver over the age of 18.

·        Guests of Members are welcome, but Guests may only attend when 1) accompanied by a paid Member 2) Guest signs the Guest waiver 3) All Guests ages 0 and up pay the daily Guest Fee ($5.00 per person).

- The club may limit the total number of guests admitted on any given day.

·        There is no admittance to the facilities before and after the posted hours of 7am-7pm (summer) / 8am-5pm (winter), or when PSC is closed for any reason.

If any member, guest, or other person(s) are found on the property during closed hours, an appropriate legal action may be taken and/or your membership may be terminated.

·        The club will close during thunderstorms and other inclement weather at the discretion of the Manager on Duty. No one is allowed on the property when closed.

·        Parking is available in the swim club parking lot, or along the road on the courts side of the facility if overflow is necessary. DO NOT PARK IN CLUBHOUSE LOT.

·        Loitering or overnight parking in the parking lot is forbidden.

·        Every Member and Guest must check in at the office before utilizing the facility.

Appropriate Conduct in the Pool Areas

·        The Pool’s swim lane is designed for walking laps or swimming laps ONLY. Sitting on the benches is okay as long as the swim lane is clear for laps. Prolonged standing or playing in the area is discouraged.

·        Use of pool toys (i.e. beach balls, footballs, snorkels, rafts, etc.) is at the discretion of Manager on Duty.

·        Proper bathing attire is required.

·        Walk at all times in the pool areas. Running is not allowed in the pool areas for your safety.

·        Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers.

·        All swimmers must shower before using the pool.

·        Due to potential of injury, any form of Diving into the Pool is forbidden. This includes Cannonballs, Flips, Side Flips, Backflips, or Running. However, jumping into the pool via standing may be allowed by Manager.

·        Keep Food and Drinks out of the pool. Food & Drinks are permitted in the Ramada and sports areas. You are expected to clean up after yourself.

Appropriate Conduct in the Sports Areas

·        Good Sportsmanship is expected of participants in the Sports Areas.

Play in a fair manner. No Cheating. No Disrespect.

·        Running is allowed in the Sports area, but not on the pool deck, or in the restrooms & showers, etc.

·        Appropriate shoes for the activity are required.

Banned and Disallowed Items

·        Glass Containers of any kind are forbidden on the PSC facility grounds.

·        Skateboards, Bicycles, and Roller Blades may not be brought or ridden on the facility grounds, other than use in the parking lot for the express purpose of entering or departing the parking lot.

Skateboards, Bicycles, and Roller Blades may be securely stashed at the bike rack, and may not be brought into any facility areas past the parking lot.

·        Animals are NOT permitted in the pool or on the pool deck. Certified Service Animals are permitted.

·        Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking including Vaping, and Chewing Gum are forbidden on the property. (including the parking lot)

Use of alcohol and/or drugs will be grounds for termination of Membership and all Membership fees paid will be forfeited.
