Q. What amenities exist in the Prescott Country Club?

A. 18 hole Golf course, complete with a fitness center, restaurant, and tennis/pickleball courts and an outdoor swimming pool.

Q. What amenities are included with my PCC home ownership?

A: The POA's newsletter. All amenities are offered a-la-carte style, it is up to you to sign up for any desired amenities.

Q. Who runs what amenity? How do I sign up?

A. This can get a bit confusing for those not in the know, as multiple memberships are required for access to every amenity!

Prescott Golf Club runs the Golf Course, Redwoods Grill restaurant, Fitness Center, and Golf Range.
Provision Swim Club runs the Outdoor Swimming Pool and Tennis/Pickleball courts.

HOAs in the PCC area

Some addresses in PCC are also managed under a HOA (Homeowner's Association), typically properties lining the fairways.

These HOAs typically do not include or provide amenity access to their members.

Prescott Golf Club

Here is likely the marquee attraction you were expecting at a country club: The Golf Course!

The Golf Course is open for public play. A PGC membership is recommended for best tee times and other benefits such as green fees.
