We recognize the added value your bookings achieve when Guests are able to attend a Swimming Pool and Pickleball/Tennis courts through their BnB booking.
We are pleased to offer a special membership option via our BnB/Hotel Membership program, which can allow your guests to attend the PSC Pool and Sports Courts facilities as a guest of your BnB or Hotel’s membership!
Please read below for the BnB/Hotel Membership program plan details.
As Provision Swim Club (PSC) is a Membership only Swim Club facility, any of your attending guests must be guests of a PSC Member.
Please note that Guests belonging to an unregistered and/or unpaid BnB or Hotel address do not have an active membership to attend under, and therefore would need to sign up for their own membership!
To setup your BnB or Hotel for access to our facilities and begin offering our amenities to your guests, please carefully follow the instructions in the plan details below to setup your membership.

1) Register the BnB unit or Hotel address and your contact information with us.
PSC is a Members-only Swim Club, as such we do require a membership registration and dues on file.
To begin a BnB/Hotel Membership plan with us, please fill out the registration details and pay the Registration fee. Renewal is yearly at the start of each pool season (around May). If you have multiple properties, each must be registered separately.
2) Prepare your guest rooms and Staff with instructions and various info regarding accessing our facility:
· Guest Welcome Letter
As part of registration, a folder has been given to you with various membership plan info, and info about us, for easy convenience for you and your Guests.
Please leave the Guest Welcome Letter (which explains who we are, where we are located, and what amenities are offered here) on the table of any room(s) your Guests reside in, so they can peruse and familiarize themselves with our amenities.
· Check-In Cards
As part of your registration, you’ll receive Check-In Cards assigned to your facility. For a guest of your BnB or Hotel to attend under your membership they MUST present at least one Check-In Card when arriving at PSC, and pay any Guest Fees incurred.
- For facilities with a receptionist (i.e. Hotels): Your Receptionist will keep the Check-In Cards, and will need to sign them in and out to any attending Guests.
- For self-serviced units (i.e. home BnBs): Have the Check-In Cards available in the unit for any attending Guests to bring with them to PSC.
- Please note that as an effort to avoid overcrowding our small facility, each Check-In Card only covers TWO (2) attending guests. Larger groups need to bring enough Check-In Cards with them to cover the number of guests in their group.
- Duplicating cards is not allowed. If you require more cards please contact PSC.
3) Third, prepare instructions for your Guests on how to attend our facility:
· Please leave the Guest Welcome Letter (which explains who we are, where we are located, and what amenities are offered here) on the table of any room(s) your Guests may reside in, so they can peruse and familiarize themselves with our amenities. Additional Welcome Letter copies can be reprinted from our website as well.
· Any attending guests will need to bring Check-In Card(s) and pay the Guest Fee of $5 per person per day when they arrive.
· Any attending guests must sign the PSC Waiver and follow the PSC Rules and Regulations, and any Staff Instruction from the Staff on duty.
· Unruly guests may be removed and denied further entry to our facilities. If multiple incidents occur, the BnB or Hotel’s membership may be reviewed and/or terminated.
4) (Optional) Pre-Pay Guest Fees
We offer an option to pre-pay for your guests’ Guest Fees if you prefer to utilize it. This is intended for if you prefer to cover any incurred Guest Fees at PSC through a part of the guest’s Room Fees.
To pre-pay Guest fees, purchase our BnB Guest Fee Punch Cards.
Guest Fee Punch Cards are kept on file at PSC. Each punch card is good for 10 punches and are $50.00/each. One punch per Guest Fee incurred.
Reminder: HOST must register with us!
After your registration & membership dues has been completed, and you have received orientation paperwork (ex. Check-in Cards), your BnB or Hotel Guests can now attend the PSC facility through your BnB or Hotel facility's membership to PSC.
GUESTS BELONGING TO AN UNREGISTERED OR UNPAID BNB OR HOTEL ADDRESS MAY BE REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR OWN MEMBERSHIP TO ATTEND PSC.

When any BnB or Hotel guest attends PSC:
- Any guest must begin their visit during our office hours, which is between 8:30am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week. During the Pool off-season months (October-April), please call ahead as the Office may not be regularly staffed during the Pool off-season.
- If guests try to come outside of these hours, they may not be able to get through the locked gate.
- At least one of the attending guests will present a Check-In Card assigned to your facility. This ensures both our safeties in making sure that you are only paying and providing this service to your current guests. Guests that do not show any proof of their stay may be required to sign up as a member at PSC.
- Each guest, including all ages, must sign in every time they come to use the facilities.
- Each guest, including all ages (if their first time visiting this season), must sign the PSC Waiver.
- In short, this states there is no lifeguard on duty, swim and participate at your own medical risk, and that each guest knows and will follow the rules.
- Children under 18 will need a parent to sign for them.
- Each guest, including all ages, will need to pay their PSC Guest Fee - $5 per person per day.
- If you have pre-paid Guest Fees: for Guests to redeem those the Guest will need to show PSC staff a receipt showing their stay with you, preferably with each Guests' names on the receipt.
- We do offer concessions and summer related items at an additional cost.
- Restroom facilities are available.
Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, smoking / vaping, pets (unless certified service animal) or glassware is allowed at PSC at any time.
Unruly Guests will be removed and denied further entry to the facilities. If multiple incidents occur the BnB or Hotel’s membership plan may be reviewed and/or terminated and all fees may be forfeited.

After Registration: Orientations
Once you have registered your BnB or Hotel, your guests are ready to access our pool and sports facility.
After the online registration process, you will need to visit the Pool Office, located on-site at the PSC facility, so we can meet you and provide you with an informational folder and Check-In Cards for guests to bring during their visit.
The folder includes a copy of the PSC rules and a Guest Welcome Letter explaining who we are, where we are located, and what amenities are offered here!
